Collective Healing

We each understand life through our experiences, many of which leave us searching for a sense of physical and emotional wholeness. These moments shape how we view ourselves and the world around us, often highlighting what feels incomplete or missing.

Each of us carry wounds of fear, loneliness, loss, rejection, and abandonment. When we show up authentically with others in an environment of safety and love, we open ourselves to the possibility of having our basic needs met—needs for acceptance, belonging, and connection.

Healing begins within and expands through the connections we form with others. In these relationships, we find a place where our struggles can be held and transformed, where openness builds trust, allowing true healing to unfold through shared experience.

Wayfinder Beginnings

Wayfinder began in 2013, as a part-time psychotherapy practice, inspired by the wisdom found in nature. The elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—carry a profound intelligence that shapes both the world around us and the emotions we experience.

Earth helps us feel grounded and gives us a sense of belonging. Water teaches us to embrace change, to remain fluid, creative, and open to new possibilities. Fire sparks courage, inspiring growth and expansion. Air reminds us of connection and compassion, while Ether, the most subtle element, provides space and reveals the unseen forces that influence our lives.

When we are attuned to our own inner well-being, we deepen our relationship with life, others, and the world around us, finding balance and harmony. It’s about moving through life with an awareness of how intrinsically we are all connected.

What began as a part-time practice, grew into a full-time somatic therapy service by 2019. By 2023, Wayfinder expanded, offering experiential retreats and meditations. In 2024, there’s even more to come, with live virtual sessions and self-paced courses.
